Terms of Purchase

By placing an order (the "Order") on our website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase (the "Terms"). These Terms govern the relationship between you (the "Customer") and us with respect to all purchases made through the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

When you submit an Order through the Site, you make a binding offer to purchase the products (the "Products") specified in the Order at the prices listed (including any applicable fees). We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order in our sole discretion, without liability, for reasons including but not limited to: (a) Product unavailability; (b) Pricing or typographical errors; (c) Suspected fraudulent activity; (d) Incomplete or inaccurate Order information. We will notify you promptly if we reject your Order. Acceptance of your Order will be confirmed by sending you an order confirmation email (the "Confirmation"), at which point a binding contract between you and us is formed.

All Product prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (where required by law). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect Orders for which a Confirmation has already been sent.

You agree to pay the total amount specified in the Order (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, if not covered by free shipping) using one of the payment methods accepted on the Site. By providing your payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We will charge your payment method at the time of Order submission, unless stated otherwise in the Confirmation. If we are unable to process your payment (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), we may cancel your Order and notify you accordingly.

We offer free shipping for all Orders to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international locations, P.O. boxes, or military addresses.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time after shipping is 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your Order has been dispatched.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, images, and availability information on the Site are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current. In the event that a Product is unavailable after Order confirmation, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative Product (if available). You may choose to accept the alternative or cancel the Order for a full refund.

You may return Products within 60 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, provided the Products are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Custom or personalized Products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Once returned Products are received and inspected, we will approve the refund and process it within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

We provide free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request via our customer service team. For non-eligible returns (e.g., damaged due to misuse, missing packaging), you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product, please contact our customer service team through the contact form on the Site immediately (within 7 days of delivery) and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement, full refund, or return at no cost to you, at our discretion. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe may result in delayed resolution or denial of your claim.

You may request to cancel or modify your Order (e.g., change shipping address, add/remove Products) only if the Order has not yet been processed. To request cancellation or modification, contact our customer service team immediately through the contact form. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee approval once processing has begun. If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed in accordance with Section 5.2.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or inconvenience caused by delivery delays or Product issues. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected Product(s).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your breach of these Terms; (b) Your misuse of the Products; (c) Any inaccurate or misleading information provided by you in connection with your Order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or placement of Orders after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
